We’re excited to share that St. Louis area grunge rockers Soma have been mixing their latest album right here at Suburban Pro Studios! Over the past month, Soma has been hard at work putting the finishing touches on their latest work, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to be a part of the process.
Taking a unique DIY approach, Soma spent the last few years writing and recording their songs at their home studio just south of St. Louis. Using ADATs and a variety of other gear, they meticulously crafted their songs before bringing them to Suburban Pro Studios for mixing by the talented Matthew Sawicki.
This blend of home and studio recording has truly paid off for Soma, resulting in a unique and dynamic sound that captures the essence of their grunge rock style. We’ve had the pleasure of witnessing their creative process firsthand, and we’re confident that their latest work will leave a lasting impression on listeners.
